# Invite employees to JobLog24 in their language

Invite employees in a language they can use and check access to their own jobs. The interface and invitation emails support Dutch, English and Spanish.

## Before you begin

For administrators and office staff. Check the name, email address and intended role before granting access.

## Steps to follow

Open the employee and use the available invitation action. Check language and recipient before sending.

Have the employee open the invitation and set up their own access. Then review their schedule and one assigned job together.

Have them locate the site, instructions and time controls. Ask the administrator for help if the invitation is missing or access is incorrect.

## What to distinguish

Changing interface language does not automatically translate your work instructions. Automatic instruction translation is a separate roadmap extension. Do not share an administrator account with employees.
