# Transfer JobLog24 invoices to Exact

A transfer to Exact prepares a draft in the connected accounts system. Check further processing and sending there. Synchronised does not mean that an invoice has been paid.

## Before you begin

For accounts staff. Use this route only after your administrator has configured and checked Exact for the correct company.

## Steps to follow

Review the draft, customer, site, source lines, amounts and VAT. Select only the intended invoices in the available sending action and check the channel.

Confirm the selection and read the outcome per invoice. Leave successful invoices alone and correct an explicitly rejected invoice separately.

## Check the result

Check the external reference and draft in Exact. If the outcome is unknown, first check whether the invoice already exists before trying again.

## What to distinguish

JobLog24 does not continuously import payment changes. An accounting-system limit may stop further processing. Sending invoices to QuickBooks is unavailable; invoice PDFs remain in Dutch.

## Takeaway

Check the external reference and draft in Exact. If the outcome is unknown, first check whether the invoice already exists before trying again.
