## Before you begin

For business owners estimating usage. Count completed site visits, not employees, time blocks or individual invoice lines.

## Steps to follow

List the visits you complete in a typical month. A daily visit to the same site counts again on each day it is carried out.

Count a visit with two employees once. A cancelled visit that was not carried out does not count as a completed job.

## Check the result

The first 20 jobs are free once. After that, the first 100 paid jobs cost €0.35 each, the next 400 €0.20 and the remainder €0.10, excluding VAT.

## What to distinguish

The bands are marginal. At 250 jobs, a regular month costs €65 excluding VAT, without the introductory allowance. A time entry or invoice line is not automatically another commercial visit.
