We start with familiar tasks: summarising a long issue report, making an instruction easier to understand or finding the jobs behind an hours difference. We will first select one use case that demonstrably helps in practice.
Instructions in your language
The interface is already available in Dutch, English and Spanish. Automatic translation of your own instructions is a separate extension: keep the source, review the translation, then use it.
Understand differences in hours
Insight starts with reliable records. An assistant could point to relevant jobs; the site supervisor assesses extra work or changed circumstances.
You stay in control
Sources remain visible. A suggestion does not change schedules, payroll hours or invoices without approval. We assess usefulness, data use, corrections and costs before wider adoption.
