Enquiries and start requests
A request includes your name, company name, email address, optional phone number, sector and message. We use these to answer your question and prepare a possible agreement. The basis is steps you request before an agreement or our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Do not include sensitive information or employee records in the form.
Website operation and security
Our hosting processes technical data such as IP address, requested page, timestamp and browser information to provide and secure the website. Our legitimate interest is an accessible website and preventing abuse. The website does not make automated decisions with legal effects for you.
Website analytics, with your consent
After your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how visitors navigate the website. This involves page and device information and online identifiers. We do not send contact form contents to Analytics. You can refuse and withdraw consent at any time using Cookie choices.
Information in the product
For personal information a customer processes in JobLog24, such as employees, working hours and contacts, that customer is generally the controller. JobLog24 processes this information on the customer’s instructions. The data processing agreement covers instructions, security, subprocessors, incidents and the end of the service.
Recipients and international processing
We use Google Firebase and Google Cloud for hosting, the database and server functions. The website knowledge base is in a European Firestore region; website functions are configured in Europe. This does not mean every supporting operation or optional Google Analytics processing takes place only in the EEA. Applicable safeguards and Google’s data processing terms govern international transfers. We use Brevo for internal email notifications of enquiries and start requests. Brevo processes the submitted enquiry details to deliver the notification to our team. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep an enquiry for as long as necessary to handle it and document follow-up arrangements. If a customer relationship develops, contractual and statutory retention requirements also apply to the relevant records. Your cookie choice is valid for six months. The website configures Analytics cookies for a maximum of six months without automatic renewal. Product data follows the retention arrangements in the data processing agreement.
Your rights
Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. Send requests to contact@joblog24.nl. We normally respond within one month and will tell you if a lawful extension is needed. You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Requests about employee information
If your request concerns information your employer or customer processes in JobLog24, contact that organisation first where possible. We assist our customer under the data processing agreement. You can also contact us to help route your request.
