You pay by band. The first 100 jobs remain €0.35 each. Only additional jobs enter the lower band. The 20 free jobs apply once when you start.

What counts as one job?
One completed service visit at a site. If three employees work on the same visit, the commercial job counts once. A new visit on a later date counts again.
Do I pay for scheduled or cancelled jobs?
The calculation uses completed jobs. Scheduling a visit, adding a photo or making an invoice is not another job. We agree the handling of corrections and grouping when you start.
Can I get help setting up?
Yes. We discuss how you work today and help set up your first sites and jobs. Any additional support or data import is agreed with you in advance.
What happens after my start request?
We contact you to discuss your business and process. You receive the start arrangements before paid use begins. The form does not create a paid subscription.

One completed commercial visit counts once, even with several employees. Each completed recurring visit is a new job. A cancelled visit that was not carried out does not count as a completed job. The first 20 jobs are free once; the marginal tiers apply after that.
