Operations

Start, pause and complete a work order in JobLog24

Start opens a time block. Stop closes that block; choose Continue later if the job is unfinished. Resume starts another block on the same job. Complete job closes the assignment separately.

Before you begin

For employees with an assigned job. Open your job and check the site, instructions and current status before starting.

Steps to follow

Select Start when work begins. Use Stop for a break, then choose Continue later or close the completion question.

Open the same job and choose Resume when you return. When finished, stop time recording and deliberately choose Complete job.

The job sheet shows the site, appointment and controls for time recording, tasks, photos and the logbook. This capture shows a separate demonstration moment.

Check the result

Check the saved status and time records. The office sees the completed visit and reviews payroll hours separately.

What to distinguish

Breaks do not count as working time. Going back or closing the app does not stop the clock. An active or paused job may reopen when you return.
