Cleaning visit frequency and recurring billing periods

Work frequency and billing periods are separate agreements. A template schedules visits; a subscription defines the period and amount to invoice.

Before you begin

For accounts staff and planners. Check the project, service, price agreement and start and end dates.

Steps to follow

Set up the recurring template and verify the actual jobs in the schedule.

Separately check the subscription amount, interval and validity. Load the available subscription lines for the billing period.

Check the result

Select and process only reviewed lines. Check the draft invoice per site and ensure the same period does not appear again in the selection.

What to distinguish

Recurring cleaning does not automatically create a subscription. Automatic indexation, review alerts and frequency-change impact are further roadmap steps.
