Skip one cleaning visit by changing the specific occurrence on the correct date. Change the recurring template only when future visits should change too.

Before you begin
For planners. Check the site, date and reason: is the visit cancelled, moved or assigned to someone else?
Steps to follow
Open the occurrence from the schedule or template. Choose skip when that specific visit will not happen, then confirm.
When moving or replacing a visit, select the date, employee and times. For an overnight shift, explicitly indicate an end on the next day.
Check the result
Check the original appointment, any replacement job and the employee schedule. Also inspect a later date outside the current planning window.
What to distinguish
A single exception does not terminate the project. Deactivating a project can affect linked templates and future work.
