The weekly schedule shows jobs by employee, with sites, times and absence in the same view.
JobLog24 with example data.A typical working situation
A sick call at 06:30. The building opens at 08:00.
Who can cover the cleaning? You need to see the jobs scheduled, who can take over and what the replacement needs to do on site. The customer agreement is still the starting point.
How you use JobLog24
From agreement to delivery
Employees open their own schedule to find the site, time and instructions. Someone covering a shift can start from the same job sheet.
A schedule change does not need to be retyped into a separate job sheet. Delivery stays connected to the site and the job.

Questions about this solution
Can I schedule recurring and one-off work?
Yes. Use recurring agreements for daily cleaning or periodic window cleaning. An additional visit has its own job record, so you can trace it through time records and invoicing.
How does this differ from crews and rounds?
Day and week schedules provide the foundation for assigning employees. Planning crews, equipment and several visits as a round is on the roadmap for a later phase.
Switch to the weekly schedule by site to compare visits and assigned employees.
